Celine can be seen with a smile on her face unless she is trying to understand something new, with a clueless naive expression. She tends to worry about others too much and tries to make everyone happy. Celine doesn't mind having contact with other pokemon as long as it is not in a way she is not comfortable with. She has a weakness for sweets and fluffy stuff, mostly stuffed animals, this kind of things make her go in a childish state. She sometimes get to be open to others and even flirt just for the fun of it. She tends to rush everything and often talks more than she should, giving too much information to others.

History
Celine was born and raised at Pacifidlog Town in a small private area with the rest of her family, she usually was just in contact with her grandmother, her father, mother and brothers. Her father used to be a master of martial arts just like his father before, she was educated in different styles but specialized in Taijutsu and water combat, this was her family's speciality due to their type and life in the floating town.

She was the second child of the family, with her big brother as the oldest of the children. Her father decided to pass down his knowledge to her, she needed to take the family's name and legacy as the older female member and pass down her knowledge to her future children.

Celine traveled with her father around the region to train outside of the town and learn about life outside of it, he wanted for his child to know far beyond floating houses and fishing. Celine experienced new places, met new people and the different life styles and works they had, watching students going to their school all together was amazing, the adults going to their jobs in giant buildings, she loved the life outside of her town.
After years of training Celine felt that her place was not the town she lived in anymore and wanted to progress outside of it. Even when her father was not happy about Celine leaving the town by herself there was nothing he could do to stop his child's progress and wanted to see her become better by herself. They started looking for a place where she could train not just her body but also her brain in an academic way. After a long search they found out about a place called "Armonia Institute".

Ooh, look at this lovely girl! She looks wonderful!
I'm not super great at critiques, but her personality seems pretty balanced and it doesn't seem like her history is too tragic despite her brother's death. I do feel, however, that some explanation of her guilt might be useful.
Overall she seems fab, thought! Her design is lovely and she has a well-rounded nature. I wouldn't mind recommending you, if you'd like~
